Communication and training are vital when supporting change. There are many ways to do this, but our recommendation is to maximise eLearning for this scale of impact. It’s more cost-effective and timesaving compared to traditional classroom-based training, and it also enables users to learn at their own pace.
We’ve built our new Academy to house our new Courses and eLearning. Courses are designed to replicate real business problems, so learners can practice and understand how the system works, giving them time to practice, learn from their mistakes, and feel confident before using the system live.

Additionally, knowledge is validated with certificated assessments, so users feel confident that they’ve retained what they’ve learned.
